He has displayed a high level of professionalism in his work and supervised the work done by the carpenters, plumbers, painters, tilers etc well. In fact these skilled tradesmen were very cooperative and relates well with him. I am truly satisfied with the completion of the works done as agreed in the contract. Good Morning. My name is Amarjeet Kour D/O Chanan. I am writing this e mail in appreciation of project manger Shafee M N. my Home at 28D Dover Crescent was completed a few months ago. I have been living in my new home since December and love the completed project. I am completely satisfied and thrilled at the final outcome. Shafee played a very important role in making this possible. He showed great enthusiasm and interest in my home right from the moment that I signed my contract with him. He played a very important role in designing my home and selecting the materials to enhance the outcome. It was very unfortunate that he fell sick in the midst of my renovations. But in the spite of his poor health, he continued corresponding with me from the hospital and kept me in the loop at all times. He even sent me designs of other homes that he had completed to give me greater perspective. I really appreciate his involvement in the project as he should have been resting instead of working. He took great pains to visit my home many times a day when the works were going on. He gave me ideas on improving the design and layout of my home. Even after months of completion, he makes calls to check if everything is fine in my home. Many friends have been to my home and praised the décor and layout of my home. All the credit goes to Shafee as he played a pivotal role in designing my home.
My home is now the pride and joy of my life. I am glad that I chose Shafee to design my home and I will readily recommend him to new house owners. Your company is truly blessed to have sure a project manger in your midst. I pray that he remains healthy and has many more years of active involvement in designing homes for new owners as he has great ideas and a truly positive attitude towards his job. My husband and I wish to thank you for your great service and patience in hearing and giving in to our request as much as you possibly can. You have given us a personal service and advice and on many occasions, even took the trouble to come down and take a look at the developments of our house renovation. You even exchange tips and ideas with us. You took the time to hear my concerns e.g. my blind dad and 2 small children and even get back to me on any development and in some instances, immediate rectification was done.
On top of that you have given me a nafter-care renovation service which may definitely be out of the question for some of the renovators. I really appreciate a kind and hardworking man like you with a sensitivity towards the customers even to the extend of my family safety.
